Amy discovered yoga 12 years ago as a way to achieve a much-needed sense of calmness. Her practice deepened when she met Mary Anne and was introduced to the richness of Purna Yoga. Amy sites endless benefits to yoga, one of them being yoga’s foundation for self-healing.
As a practicing Physical Therapist, Amy appreciates that the alignment, balance, and mind-body connections found in the practice of Purna Yoga bring about positive transformations.

Married to Seth and mother of Benny and Lilah, Amy gives thanks for her family’s sweet support in her role of teaching Purna Yoga. Away from work and teaching yoga, Amy enjoys tennis, bicycling with Benny and Lilah, and hunting for sharks’ teeth.
