Description
This class is offered to the active teen/preteen who seeks to increase their strength and agility for improvement in their chosen sport or sports. Studies show that athletes and performers practicing Pilates achieve both an increase in skill while avoiding injury. Under Polestar Pilates Certified instructor Laurie Berger, students will be given individual attention to balance their strengths and weaknesses through challenging neuromuscular exercises to achieve harmonious movement in their sport. All will take home a program to practice on their own.
