Our Innerwork Classes are dedicated to help you achieve the desired changes in your body, breath, and mind, all with joy.

Your transformation can take place in many different ways: You will say goodbye to pain, you will get relaxed as you welcome peace in your mind, and you will generally feel light and free. It is not unusual to acquire all these benefits from just one class. Furthermore, our Innerwork Classes will help you deepen your practice if you already have a regular yoga, meditation, or Pilates program.
Not only that. Allow us to help you in strengthening many balance movements in our CoreAlign Training, which is outside the Pilates repertoire. We are comprised of two studios.
Innerwork Yoga offers Purna or complete yoga. Our instructors’ priority is your comfort and joy as a student while you experience class in our fully equipped studio.
Our instructors recognize that every body is different. This leads us to possibly employ selective use of props and the Great Wall of Yoga in helping you unfold and strengthen your body.
Innerwork Pilates offers various classes that are being held in our fully equipped Pilates Studio.
You may be seeking rehabilitative fixes for a past injury, wishing to add more functional movement to current activities, or desiring specific training for a sport or activity – Innerwork is your studio!
