Young athletes train hard for their specific sport but need core strength and flexibility in their muscles to optimize performance on the field and to prevent injuries. Pilates training is perfect for the young athlete!
This workshop will focus on the young soccer player. Participants will learn how Pilates can help them gain flexibility and strength around all the joints in their body, build core control thereby creating a more balanced body.
