Virtual Private Pilates Session

Students will gain strength and length using the Pilates method.  Early in the class breath work will be emphasized as a tool to refine functional movement patterns.  By the end of the hour, students will experience more complex movement patterns with ease and harmony.

Virtual Private Yoga Session

With utilization of breathing techniques (pranayama) and alignment in postures (asana) students will experience yoga or cohesiveness in body and mind.  Postures will be explored from basic and simple foundations before exploring more advanced postures for the effect of effective and safe riddance of tightness and constriction.

Virtual Class – Pilates

Virtual Class – Stretch & Tone

This class will explore releasing tight muscles and tension using the ancient art of yoga.  There will be a balance for each student as they learn how to 1) use the breath to release overused and tight muscles as well as 2) to bring liveliness and awareness to what is stagnant and constricted.  The session will leave students feeling relaxed yet recharged.
